- Open Manager help and submit a private request with the date, your concern, and the manager you already contacted.
- Select “Any manager” so Belle, Stella, Gelo, or the agency owner can pick it up. Return to the inbox to check replies.
- If the concern is still unresolved, request escalation to Christopher Cabuco, agency owner. For a concern about a manager, select “Agency owner · Christopher” in the help request.
